Terms & Conditions ("Conditions of Entry")

1. Promotion: Extra Win a Bachelor Inspired Dinner Promotion (the "Promotion").

2. Promoter: The Wrigley Company Pty Ltd ABN 85 000 008 560 of 48 Michigan Avenue, Asquith, NSW 2077, http://www.wrigley.com/aunz/index.aspx, 1800 084 222.

3. The Promotion commences on 16.09.2015 at 9:00 AM AEST and ends on 13.10.2015 at 11:59 PM AEDT ("Promotional Period"). Entries must be received during the Promotional Period. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt.

4. The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Entry and that entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

5. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.

6. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating OTR outlets, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

7. To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:

a) purchase any two (2) Wrigley's Extra products in a single transaction at a participating OTR outlet in South Australia or Victoria ("Qualifying Purchase"). For the purposes of this Promotion, a participating OTR outlet will be any OTR outlet displaying material advertising this Promotion during the Promotional Period; and then
-
b) visit http://www.wrigleyextra.com.au/OTR, check the box consenting to personal information being stored and managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter's privacy policy, and follow the prompts to the promotional entry page, input the requested details (including their full name, a valid email address, phone number, full address details, the full barcode numbers of the two (2) Wrigley's Extra products purchased as part of the Qualifying Purchase and the last 5 digits of the purchase receipt number), and submit the fully completed entry form.

8. The barcodes and original receipt must be retained as proof of purchase. Entrants must provide the original receipt to validate their entry. In the event that the entrant is unable to produce the original receipt, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion, deem the entry invalid and forfeit the entrant's right to any prize.

9. Each valid entry will go into a draw for 1 of 10 prizes to be won in this Promotion.

10. There are 10 gift card prizes available to be won with a total aggregate value of $2,500.00. Each individual prize consists of a Best Restaurants Gift Card, valid for twelve months from the date of activation, valued at $250.00. The additional conditions that apply to this prize are: A gift card is not returnable or redeemable for cash and cannot be used towards the purchase of another gift card. A gift card expires 12 months from the day of it being activated. Any unused balance remaining on the gift card at expiry will not be refunded or credited.

11. The winner will be determined by draw. The draw for the prize will take place on 16.10.2015 at 04:00 pm AEDT at Greeneagle Distribution & Fulfilment, 20 Ricketty Street, Mascot, NSW 2020 by computerised draw system or selection.

12. The prizes will be delivered by 27.11.2015 by registered mail.

13. A prize is not transferable, substitutable or exchangeable for another prize of equal or like value and is not redeemable for cash (including any unused portion). If a winner chooses not to take their prize (or is unable to), they forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize.

14. Each entrant may enter the Promotion once a day during the Promotional Period and only one eligible entry per day will be accepted. The entrant is eligible to win 1 prize only (excluding residents of South Australia, where an entrant is not restricted to winning only one prize).

15. Each winner will be notified in person within two (2) days of the draw via the email address provided by the winner. The winners will be notified publicly (and their details published) via http://www.wrigleyextra.com.au/OTR from 30.10.2015 for a minimum of twenty-eight (28) days. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact each winner.

16. If a winner cannot be contacted or is unavailable to collect or accept the prize by 30.10.2015 at 05:00 pm AEDT, and the prize remains unallocated or unclaimed for three months after the end of the Promotional Period or the last draw, they may be deemed ineligible to win and forfeit any entitlement to the prize (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) and the Promoter may then elect to conduct an unclaimed prize draw after the end of the Promotional Period on 29.01.2016 at 12:00 pm AEDT at Greeneagle Distribution & Fulfilment, 20 Ricketty Street Mascot NSW 2020.

17. The Promotion will be advertised at participating OTR outlets in South Australia and Victoria between 16.09.2015 to 13.10.2015, during the Promotional Period.

18. No entry fee is charged by the Promoter to enter the Promotion. Where entry is allowed online, there is no additional cost to enter the Promotion other than any cost paid by the entrant to access the website via their Internet service provider. Where entry is allowed by purchase, the cost of the product or service is no greater than the cost would be without the opportunity to participate in the Promotion.

19. Subject to paragraph 5 above, prizes will be awarded to the person named in the entry and any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant or by a third party will be invalid.

20. The Promoter is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and its privacy policy is located at http://www.mars.com/global/policies/privacy/pp-australia-en.aspx. The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to enable them to participate in this Promotion and may disclose the entrant's personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion and to the State and Territory lottery departments as required under the relevant lottery legislation. If the entrant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter or claim a prize in the Promotion.

21. For the purposes of public statements and advertisements, the Promoter will only publish the winner's surname, initial and State of residence. Entrants can request access to the personal information the Promoter holds about them by contacting the Promoter and any request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter. The Promoter will not send, allow to be sent, or assist in the sending of one or more unsolicited commercial electronic messages with an Australian link for purposes of the Spam Act, use or distribute any software designed to harvest email addresses or otherwise breach the Spam Act or the Spam Regulations 2004 (Cth).

22. Each prize is provided to the Promoter by a third party, and is subject to the terms and conditions of the third party prize supplier and the provision of the prize is the sole responsibility of the third party and not the Promoter. The terms and conditions which apply to the prize at the time it is issued to the winner will prevail over these Conditions of Entry, to the extent of any inconsistency. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the prize, any delay or failure relating to the prize itself or failure by the third party to meet any of its obligations in these Conditions of Entry or otherwise.

23. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries.

24. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and an entrant's details (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence). In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof of these matters, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Incomplete, illegible and incorrect entries or entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.

25. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry. In the event that there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final and binding on each entrant and no correspondence will be entered into.

26. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any prize (or recommendation), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

27. The entrant warrants and represents that any material sent or provided by the entrant to the Promoter will not infringe any copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights of any third party (including moral rights) and that the entrant has all rights to use the materials and has obtained all necessary consents to comply with any relevant privacy and/or confidentiality requirements.

28. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
